      bah this fight has been made so they are gonna cash in from mexicans again. what else. i give marquez zero chance for beating pac @ ww. pac became a monster. he destroyed marg and scared the **** out of mosley. do i need to say more? i wanna see some other fresher faces in pacs ring.

        The problem is, like most cry about Hatton fighting Mayweather at WW (even though Hatton had fought and WON at WW) its not JMM's best fighting division.         Mayweather vs JMM was bytch made. Mayweather changing the contract to suit his own reasons is bytch, serious bytch. Watching JMM look horrible at WW was pathetic. Knowing all that and seeing Pac want JMM at the same weight Mayweather made him fight at is being super bytch. Pac is doing what Mayweather already did (again) and its quit funny to see people contradict themselves in an attempt to justify this fight and attmept to discredit Floyd and how JMM looked at JWW. Does anyone think he will look better now that hes 2 years older? lol

        At the end of the day, Pac's held a JMW title, JMM cant fight above JWW (Mayweather validated this). Just like ALL of boxing knew Mosley was shot after Floyd beat him, Floyd presented the fact, Mora validated it. Pac cashed in on it...

        Like I said, at least JMM is winning. He will lose on the scales just like he did vs Mayweather. Being quick and mobile is key vs Pac. JMM will have none of this. Team Pac know this. Its proven. Its a fact. Its dead on. Mayweather presented this fact 2 years ago. Now a third fight is 4 years overdue and wants to settle the score at a 144, the same weight Floyd toyed with him.

        If this was at JWW I would be excited to see Pac fight JMM. At least when Pac would beat him at JWW it would mean more where as we know JMM is garbage at WW. Team Pac know styles make fights and there is a reason they want him slow and fat. 140 is already an advantage, Team Pac want to seal the deal before they step in the ring with JMM just like Mayweather did.

            Boxing [ Commentary ] - English author Samuel Johnson put it best: "Man alone is born crying, lives complaining, and dies disappointed." The sour-pusses of the world are back complaining about Top Rank's choice of opponents for WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao (53-3-2).



            This time, the whiners are bashing the Filipino congressman and promoter Bob Arum for choosing a fight with Juan Manuel Marquez (52-5-1) of Mexico. The trilogy bout will be a welterweight title fight (with a catchweight of 144 lbs.) tentatively scheduled for November 12 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

            Complainers always have a gray cloud raining on their heads. "Marquez is too old. He will be 38 by November. Marquez is too small. Marquez looked like a washed-up fighter."

            Had the eight-division champ chosen to fight the devil, critics would say: "Why is Manny taking on Satan (0-1), who hasn't been in a clash since the Old Testament?"



            Ignore the noise. This is not about Manny Pacquiao. Negative people have trust issues and ***********al levels of skepticism. Many are conspiracy theorists. They feel intellectually energized when, upon browsing the internet, they "discover" outlandish theories on the illuminati. They only know how to blame.

            Whiners consider their participation in social movements as a trait of idealism, when it is to compensate for their lack of personal power. Yes, they think they did poorly at school because the teacher "hated them." They got poor performance reviews at work because the boss was racist. Bad results is never about them but about "the system."

            On boxing blogs, they might suggest: "Appreciate Manny while he is still fighting, he is a once-in-a-generation fighter."

            They don't mean it. It's lip service.



            Paradoxically, despite all the public complaints, they secretly look forward to the fight. Inwardly, they try to supress their anticipation, feeling that it is "manly" to remain calm and hide one's excitement.

            Here's a read on the behavior. On the dating scene, they act tough in front of the girl - the machismo and false bravado is meant to show their date "who is the man."

            A gentleman shows no tolerance for these fools, but is too polite to offer harsh words recognizing their futility.

            Muster up a kind heart. Give these pessimists a free piece of bread, and they will search for, and find, (perceived) fault in that loaf. They are angry at the world because they think their glass is half empty. In their personal philosophies, they should have been born into a completely fair world.

            Life is supposed to be fair. They are tender in their sufferings and express hostility as a consequence.

            If PacMan chose Victor Ortiz: "Manny is ducking and dodging Juan Manuel Marquez. Those were two very close fights. Arum knows Marquez will beat Pacquiao in a rubber match. Ortiz does not possess half the experience of Marquez. This is bulls***. Give is PacMan-Dinamita!"
            If PacMan chose Zab Judah: "Manny continues to collect Mayweather's leftovers. When will Manny establish his own legacy instead of following Floyd's footsteps? Zab is an old 33 with six losses on his record. Arum wants a safe paycheck. Manny wants no part of Marquez."
            If PacMan chose Timothy Bradley: "Arum is using Bradley as a token black American fighter for Pacquiao to stomp on after that Mosley rip-off. Bradley is too small to fight at welterweight. Who has he fought? He had a no contest with that bum Nate Campbell in 2009. Manny is fighting a young bum, not someone experienced like Marquez who obviously has his number. Manny is scared."
            If PacMan chose Santa Claus: "Manny is fighting another old bum who will be weight-drained on the scales."



            Hmm. Let me see. Manny Pacquiao has decimated the welterweight landscape to a point where no one is left standing. It's been a massacre that took three years to complete. Mayweather is hiding in a bunker while talking s**t. De la Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, Mosley. All retired / inactive.

            No man who has walked the earth, and no man born after, has or will accomplish what Manny Pacquiao has in the boxing ring. For his brutal undertaking as crux of the fight world, he enhances his legacy with victories over larger warriors.

            After Pacquiao's dismantling of Antonio Margarito, he suffered several noticeable injuries throughout his body after being outweighed by someone who was essentially a super-middleweight. [ See Hospital visit for injured Pacquiao ]

            In observing what transpired after the brutal encounter, we wrote:
