Yeah, and when was the last time your action hero fought a live dog?
Pretty Vacation Boy Jr's last 7 fights in comparison:
Shane Mosley -- inactive over a year; aged and not sharp
Juan Manuel Marquez -- much smaller; mwj did not make original contracted weight
Ricky Hatton -- known to continuously poison himself with junk food; little boxing skills; fought over natural weight class
Oscar De La Hoya -- faded and shopworn
Carlos Manuel Baldomir -- faded slow ass mofo
Zab Judah -- beat by faded slow ass mofo
Sharmba Mitchell -- zzzzz
a.) I dont care about Mayflower, he is not active
b.) why should Pac be judged by the standards of another man ?
c.) how do Mayflowers actions get Manny off the hook ?
Secondly, this was posted on the other thread a few minutes ago.....
2 years ago the top 4 ranked ring ww were....
mosley, margarito, cotto and clottey, in 2 years he has taken out the best while floyd has only taken out one
Clottey and Margarito were not top 4, you are nuts if you think that either of those bums were better than Mayweather, Pac, Mosley, Cotto.
Neither of those bums were good fighters, both continually underachieved, both continually fell short, and both were well on their way out when the "timing" was right for Pacquiao to fight them.
Cotto was a cracked egg and highly vulnerable, Pac's " timing " was impeccable, yet AGAIN. And Manny ducked Mosley twice when he was the #1 welter, and only decided to fight him once it became obvious that Shane was shot and could no longer pull the trigger..... yet AGAIN, Pac's timing was impeccable.
Not one of those fighters were ranked top 3 when the " timing " was right for Pac to fight them, in fact..... only two of those fights were even at welterweight.
Interestingly, Manny has only ever fought TWO welterweights at 147, one was a bum and the other was an old man, the highest was ranked #4..... and he was the old man
Mayweather technically fought three #1 welter's, two definite with Baldomir and Mosley, and one arguable in Judah.
Once again, Pac's numbers dont stack up...... and once again, your numbers dont stack up either.
How come you guys make stuff up ?
the facts speak for themselves
FACT: Pacquiao has only EVER fought 2 welterweights at 147, old man Mosley and Josh "the punching bag" Clottey.....the best ranked was Mosley at #4.
FACT: Mayflower has only EVER fought 3 welterweights at 147, two were ranked #1 and the other was ranked #2.Comment

I think that is a totally absurd thing to say..... RIDICULOUS, in fact.
Martinez, Bradley, Ward, Hopkins, Froch, ALL have a better recent resume than Pacquiao..... even my boy Mares outdoes Pac with Perez, Vic, then Agbeko.
Manny Pacquiao's last 7 opponents.....
Lately, a number of observers have commented that all of Manny Pacquiao's recent opponents have either been old, faded, or inept. Let's take a closer look at Pac's recent fights, and see if there is any truth to that allegation.....
Accusations leveled at Pacquiao include.....
* Manny will not fight a skilled boxer
* Manny will not fight a skilled counter-puncher
* Manny will not fight anybody who is in their prime
* Manny will not fight anybody who is on top of their game
* Manny will not fight anybody who is coming off a win
* Manny will not fight anybody without a distinct advantage
Let's apply that criteria to Manny's last 7 opponents, and see how they stack up.
====================================
David Diaz - Not a top fighter, faded, disadvantaged.....
* Manny will not fight a skilled boxer
* Manny will not fight a skilled counter-puncher
* Manny will not fight anybody who is in their prime
* Manny will not fight anybody who is on top of their game
* Manny will not fight anybody without a distinct advantage
Oscar De La Hoya - Shot, drained, and shrink-wrapped.....
* Manny will not fight anybody who is in their prime
* Manny will not fight anybody who is on top of their game
* Manny will not fight anybody without a distinct advantage
Ricky Hatton - Not a top fighter, faded, and disadvantaged.....
* Manny will not fight a skilled boxer
* Manny will not fight a skilled counter-puncher
* Manny will not fight anybody who is in their prime
* Manny will not fight anybody who is on top of their game
* Manny will not fight anybody without a distinct advantage
Miguel Angel Cotto - Badly faded / shopworn, and disadvantaged.....
* Manny will not fight anybody who is in their prime
* Manny will not fight anybody who is on top of their game
* Manny will not fight anybody who is coming off a win
* Manny will not fight anybody without a distinct advantage
Joshua Clottey - Not a top fighter, and strangely innocuous.....
* Manny will not fight a skilled boxer
* Manny will not fight a skilled counter-puncher
* Manny will not fight anybody who is on top of their game
* Manny will not fight anybody without a distinct advantage
Antonio Margarito - Not a top fighter, faded, disadvantaged.....
* Manny will not fight a skilled boxer
* Manny will not fight a skilled counter-puncher
* Manny will not fight anybody who is in their prime
* Manny will not fight anybody who is on top of their game
* Manny will not fight anybody without a distinct advantage
Shane Mosley - Faded, shopworn, and disadvantaged.....
* Manny will not fight anybody who is in their prime
* Manny will not fight anybody who is on top of their game
* Manny will not fight anybody who is coming off a win
* Manny will not fight anybody without a distinct advantage
====================================
All-in-all, that is a damn shabby line-up for a supposed P4P fighter, especially when you consider all of the advantages afforded to Pac during those fights..... e.g. fighting for a vacant JMW title, at catch-weight, against a BUM, and using 8oz gloves
Now, I can understand a top fighter taking the odd bout against a lesser opponent.....
but EVERY opponent in your last 7 fights?
How fkn lame is that ?
The last time Pacquiao fought a live dog was Marquez II, and according to a significant number of trainers/fighters/journalists/analysts..... HE LOST!!
SUMMARY: There is no question that Manny Pacquiao is a very carefully manufactured fighter with a padded resume'.
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
