Hey Sergio, challenging fighters who weigh less than you is a b!tch move!

It is akin to a powerlifter who takes off weights. What kind of challenge is that??? You put on more lbs to challenge yourself. Taking lbs off to lift weights is a b!tch move and so is calling out fighters who naturally weigh less than you is pathetic! Ain't deserving to be pound for pound. Do yourself a favor and challenge someone like Andre Ward! Prob best for you anyway since when Margarito knocked you out in 7 rounds, Pacquiao and Mayweather will lay you out earlier...EASY!

I think its more about the money than the weight!. who besides the guys at welterweight would you believe he can make some good money with? he came up in weight remember? he was 154 and moved up to 160 for the middleweight belt. lets say he was to challenge andre ward, do you think he would make more money than any of the smaller guys he's been calling out? no way!

As long as there's more money in the lower weight classes he's going to keep on trying to get those fights.

Pac fought an over the hill Mosley because that's where he could get the most money. Martinez is just doing the same thing. In fact, all boxers do this. There's nothing wrong with that, IMO.

Chances are he won't get either fight, but you can't blame him for chasing the money.
