no i dont base limits on what they can do..i base it on their natural size......if two fighters are maturally the same in size put both of them on the same stanndards no matter what.....that is the rational way to do things.....
But, not everybody is the same though Puga....Everybody body and metabolism, bone structure is different. You have to look at that. Just because Manny carried the weight all the way to WW doesn't mean JMM -who probably has different bone density, metabolism etc etc- can carry the weight also.

Just because one fighter can move up multiple weight-class and be successful doesn't mean every fighter can. I understand what you trying to say. But, I don't think you really are looking at every aspect. Let me put it this way. I wonder if you agree. JMM has no problem making 135. He can make it pretty damn easy. Wasn't it in his last fight or 2 fights ago that he weighed-in at 133 for a 135 fight? What about Pac? Do you think he will have problems making 135 now? I think Pac would, I think is starting to grow into the WW division. While JMM hasn't outgrown the LW division.

Also I don't know in what way you mean by "difference standards"? I might be reading it the wrong way and if I am elaborate in what do you mean. But, yes I hold Pac in a different standards. Because, I think very highly of him. He's my favorite active fighter so I expect a lot out of him. I can't hold Pac to the same standards as a Andre Berto. Because, Pac is great Berto is meh....I think Pac is the best fighter of this era that IMO includes Floyd, Roy, B-hop, Holyfield, Barrera, JMM, Morales, Calzaghe, De la Hoya, Trinidad. No matter what you think of each one of them on a personal level ALL OF THEM are damn good fighters. ALL OF THEM WILL BE IN THE HOF each and every one of them will be in the HOF. And, I think Pac IS GREATER THAN ALL OF THEM. So you damn right I hold Pac on a different standard. How can I hold Pac to the same standard to a fighter like Victor Ortiz who I don't think so highly of? How can you hold Pac to the same standards to a Felix Sturm?

JMM said Floyd was the #1 p4p

but I don't think he was basing it on achievements but on pure skill... in which case I agree with him Floyd is the most talented boxer in the world

okay first of all its marquez who wants to prove his better than pac

its marquez who want the rematch

so if he really wants to prove that then lets see if he really is better than pac at pacs closest to his best weight which is 144

and the truth is NOTHING PAC proves nothing if he beats marquez

but if does beat marquez then we can all say that he really does better than marquez if he is not struggling to make weight

          then here

what do you get if u beat pac at 135 if ur marquez?

people will be like u beat a drained version of pac

          which one is better

you beat pac at his best weight or
u beat a version of pac that is weak?

okay for me i already saw the fight at marquez best weight and its resulted 50/50, with a draw and a win by pac

now i want it closer to pacs weight i want to see what will happen got it?

i know very well that not every fightr is the same....but there is a standrad for a reason....boxing standard is based on size , thus the reason for weightclass...there is no heightclass, age class or any other class that puts fighters on diffrenct classes based on what they can do.....it is based on weight alone......

like you said pac is a successfull weight climber and jmm is not......but we still abide by the stnadrad ( which is the weight)...jmm and pac are naturally same size ...so no matter what weight they fight at there is no noticeable size advantage by any any of them.....again , its called standards....no one is exempted from it...

now, if we are atlking about fighters who are far apart in weight then , ofcourse you have to consider the differences....

you know that marquez can come at his best weight on their fight right?

marquez is allowed to go lower than the catch weight which is 144

its like pac coming in at 144 i think vs a 150 margarito during weigh in

You can't abide by the same standards if one can carry the weight better than the other. Because, that would eliminate them being the same size.

Maybe you think Pac can still make 135 with no struggles. Maybe that's your reasoning, is that it? Because, JMM can make 135 without a problem so far. While Pac IMO will have some problems. And, that tells me that right now as of today Pac is naturally bigger than JMM. If he was the same size as JMM he would be able to make 135 as easy as JMM can right? But, maybe you think he can so that's why you believe they're the same size?

That's even better a WW beating a LW, what would that prove exactly?

will it prove that marquez is better than pac if he beats pac at 135?

this fight is not about pac getting credit bcoz we already know pac beats marquez one time and a draw at marquez best weight,

this fight on nov is about marquez proving his better

and how can he do that?

beat pac at his best weight then there we can all agree his better
