But, not everybody is the same though Puga....Everybody body and metabolism, bone structure is different. You have to look at that. Just because Manny carried the weight all the way to WW doesn't mean JMM -who probably has different bone density, metabolism etc etc- can carry the weight also.
Just because one fighter can move up multiple weight-class and be successful doesn't mean every fighter can. I understand what you trying to say. But, I don't think you really are looking at every aspect. Let me put it this way. I wonder if you agree. JMM has no problem making 135. He can make it pretty damn easy. Wasn't it in his last fight or 2 fights ago that he weighed-in at 133 for a 135 fight? What about Pac? Do you think he will have problems making 135 now? I think Pac would, I think is starting to grow into the WW division. While JMM hasn't outgrown the LW division.
Also I don't know in what way you mean by "difference standards"? I might be reading it the wrong way and if I am elaborate in what do you mean. But, yes I hold Pac in a different standards. Because, I think very highly of him. He's my favorite active fighter so I expect a lot out of him. I can't hold Pac to the same standards as a Andre Berto. Because, Pac is great Berto is meh....I think Pac is the best fighter of this era that IMO includes Floyd, Roy, B-hop, Holyfield, Barrera, JMM, Morales, Calzaghe, De la Hoya, Trinidad. No matter what you think of each one of them on a personal level ALL OF THEM are damn good fighters. ALL OF THEM WILL BE IN THE HOF each and every one of them will be in the HOF. And, I think Pac IS GREATER THAN ALL OF THEM. So you damn right I hold Pac on a different standard. How can I hold Pac to the same standard to a fighter like Victor Ortiz who I don't think so highly of? How can you hold Pac to the same standards to a Felix Sturm?
