Errr... Nonito by "DQ". Nonito punches Vitali's "caviars" off. DQ was not applicable as Cortez refuses to stop the fight.

18 pound difference between b.hop and martinez
      10.7% difference

hence it is less of a deal for martinez to fight hopkins than pac to fight martinez
was`nt margarito fight night weight 160-165 when he fought pacquiao?martinez would make the fight at 154 so he would likely come in around the same same size marg came in for the pacquiao fight.so no excuses for pacquaio ducking martinez.

I understand this point and I understand why Pac has been getting stick lately for his competition but the fact of the matter is he is not a JMW. He is not even a welterweight really (look at his fight night weight). Even though Pac's competition has not been great recently, I don't see the point of him fighting someone who is 20 pounds more than him on fight night. It would basically be a guaranteed knockout loss.

You know the real reason why there's so much resistance against Martinez, it's not his weight, he still has a pulse so all these d!ckriders will protect their God's at all cost.

Then there is no excuse for people who say Martinez is too small to fight at light heavy. This argument is invalid since Margarito does not punch anything like as hard as Martinez. Pacquiao cherry picked him, I admit that. Fighting Martinez is basically a guaranteed knockout loss for Pacquiao. You people criticise pacquiao for fighting guys have no change but you want a non competitive fight between sergio and pacquiao...

I agree for the most part but Marley's article about Martinez being a bully and that he should fight Hopkins is ridiculous for the reasons I stated before.Imo he comes off like a biased fan.

In my view, Martinez fighting Hopkins is as ridiculous as Pacquiao fighting Martinez. Neither fight is good because the smaller guy gets dominated or dominated and knocked out in both of these fights.

yeah lol he was 165 on fight night against pac and pac destroyed him.... and martinez was 168 on fight night in his last fight, if martinez can do what he does and come into the fight on fight night at 165 would that be too big for pac? lol i have no intentions on seeing them fight nor do i care for sergio to fight bhop but i just want that question answered straght forward without bringing up bhop or floyd

I don't see anything wrong with Martinez fighting Hopkins, if Hopkins can make 160. I'm sure Martinez feels the same way.

But at a weight that he's never fought at before??.....

Pac has fought (for Martinez' belt) at 154lbs.
