    People criticising Marley's article

Martinez fight night weight = 168
    Pac fight night weight 148
20 pound difference between pac and martinez, 13.5% difference

    B.hop fight night weight 186
18 pound difference between B.hop and Martinez
    10.7% difference

Hence it is less of a deal for Martinez to fight Hopkins than Pac to fight Martinez

Sexy Sergio should fight Jmm in an eliminator for a shot at Pacquiao. Then we'll know who's really the best.

nah... sergio vs. nonito will be more competitive since nonito is ranked 1 slot below him on the p4p list.

Mayweather and Pac are both former 154 pound title holders Martinez has every right to call them out and being that Manny and Floyd can make weight below 154 they have every right to decline. Last time I checked Martinez never claimed a championship at 168 or 175 and he can still get down to 154.

You are missing the point. People act like the prospect of Martinez fighting Hopkins is ridiculous because of the weight difference. But the same people say that Pac should fight Martinez when the weight difference is even bigger.

No I understand what you're trying to say but you're missing the point because comparing the two situations doesn't make sense because Mayweather and Pac have had titles at the weight Martinez is challenging them at and Martinez has never fought or held a title at 175 where a Hopkins fight would be at.
