They don't need to "work out a deal on Donaire"> At last information, nothing has changed. Donaire is solidly contracted to Top Rank until the end of June 2013. He was a fool to start messing around with Golden Balls. Oscar has made a practice of trying to cause Top Rank trouble, by enticing some of their boxers away.

He may have figured that Arum being old, would ot be able to stand the constant pressure. But he has shown he can, and the fact tha Oscar needed to go into rehabilitation (which may be a phony way to avoid the court case) shows that Oscar cannot.

There's really nothing preventing the two companies from working together to make good fights and good money. The court case is just another episode in the life of a businessman or company. You should notice that when it suits them, they are able to come to an "arrangement". Like with Mosley and Marquez. It need not and surely won't stop them from being bitter business rivals.

I knew a partnership in a very successful, huge business enterprise who, except during business discussions had never spoken a single word together for over 20 years. They hated each other.
