    before pac was too small..
after the beating pac weight drained his opponent..and btw pac gave up his 154 title so whats the point..if martinez can come down to 150 then i think will see a fight..

Mayweather could easily carry 154, but he's gone missing.

I agree Sergio should and could fight Hopkins but only at 160. Or 168.

At 175 it would be too much advantage to BHop and too much of a disadvantage to Sergio.

Hopkins made 160 for over ten years so why not 168?

Martinez Is NO Ray Leonard Or Thomas Hearns!

I've been saying that all along about Martinez trying to see just how ****** Pacquiao & Co. are by baiting them up to take on a much larger Martinez. Ray Leonard off how many years of retirement stepped in the ting with a much larger, stronger Hagler, to outsmart the marvelous one? Then Leonard even went larger and destroyed Donny LaLonde. Tommy Hearns went up how many classes to win how many titles. Pacquiao has already come up several weight classes to where he is today. Let's have Martinez show his Mexican balls, and go fight Hopkins at 46 years old. He's younger, more in his prime than Hopkins... or is he???? He lacks courage to pull that one off like Leonard and Hearns did. He doesn't have the nerve that Duran had, or Julio Cesar Chavez had. So grow a pair Martinez. Quit calling out guys you'll outweigh come fight night by 25-30lbs. Hell even Dela Hoya and Mosley went up to fight great Champions, in their prime, win, lose, or draw much larger than them in Winky Wright, Vernon Forrest, and Bernard Hopkins. That's more than I can say for Martinez. Somebody PLEASE ask Martinez that question; why he won't call out Hopkins!!!

150 is not a weight class guys...there's already too many of them every 4 or so pounds, why does the greatest fighter of our time need an advantage???? he won the vacant 154 belt, defend it against martinez at JMW. he can come in at 148-150 and martinez will come in at 154, what's the problem?

your bias is blinding your grasp upon a logical thought process, it's already been proven that JMM can't fight effectively at 147. Why not go half way and fight at 141?...This is just yet another example of Pacquiao seeking an advantage, by handcuffing an opponent to a weight stipulation that doesn't suit them!

Your still making excuses for your idol, Martinez can't make 150 and you know it!
Yet more attempts to win by any means unnecessary, 150?...LOL!
