there is a reason there are different weigh division. I doubt pernell would move well at 154 at that height.

He wouldnt step on the scales anything close to 154. No need to add weight. Hes better than Martinez on every level as a fighter. Martinez just hits harder.

Giving up that much weight and reach and height. Pernell would easy lose. Hard to see the jab even landing from Pernell. Martinez does have some decent movement.
