as a fan, i too prefer a marquez fight over mayweather. i'm a mayweather supporter but i agree floyd's fights can be a bit boring. pacquiao vs marquez will be full of excitement and blood! they always are!

Trainer Freddie Roach is very pleased with Manny Pacquiao fighting Juan Manuel Marquez for a third time on November 12 at MGM Grand in Las Vegas. He likes this fight much better than a potential bout with Floyd Mayweather Jr. Roach is very nervous about the fight because of the difficult nature that Pacquiao had in the two previous meetings. Floyd's fighting spirit will get him KTFO against Pac.

im not so convinced.....actually i think he will fight more aggressively than people think.....rewatch Mayweather vs Judah vs Mitchell vs Corley.....he also fought a SP or two early on (i forget who) and he was aggressive also.

The plan might be to back MP up with counters, as Manny can't fight moving backwards......the problem with such a strategy is that it is incredibly dangerous early while Floyd is trying to find his timing and the angles of the punches.
