IF Manny Pacquiao has indeed agreed to FULL RANDOM BLOOD/URINE TESTING leading ALL THE WAY UP UNTIL THE BOUT WITH NO CUTOFF DATE, then why hasn’t his promoter, Bob Arum, presented a contract to Mayweather’s advisor, Al Haymon, which states exactly that?



Now, not for nothing, but it's not my job to make this fight happen...nor is it my job to pass on information from Team Pacquiao to Team Mayweather. WHEN Bob Arum is ready to make the fight, I'm quite sure he'll work just as diligently with Team Mayweather as he did with Team Marquez to make the necessary changes they need to make to the contract in order to get the fight done.

And not for nothing, like I already said in the email, I've personally been contacted by members of Team Pacquiao I know who are STILL talking about a cutoff date. Floyd dont want the fight, that much is obvious. A combination of arrogance, hate, and FEAR. You can't slight a man's talent/worth and then claim he's cheating and taking PEDs at the same time!

I think Floyd will make easy work of Pacquiao, but the facts are facts. You just named "names". Those fights are jokes now, and they were jokes then. If I'm not mistaken, I said "tomato cans" not fighters we never heard of. Oscar had IV pokes in his arm on fight night, Hatton was a good performance, Cotto was fresh off of being battered with cement, Clottey is....well...Clottey, Margarito was fresh off the couch and already exposed as limited, and I won't even start on Shane. Those are names, but none of those fights were even close to being a good scrap to anybody with knowledge of the sport.
