He looked worse IMO... Was easier to hit then ever before... I guess give him time to improve the new style, but I don't think it works with him. He just needed to be busier and more aggressive with is old style.

That seems to be the overrall consensus about him. "I expected more". I dont think its the trainer, skills are there, I think its his attitude/motivation.

He still won pretty much every round of the fight, but I don't know. Maybe it's just too early, but he seemed the same as before.

Hopefully with Stewart advising him he doesn't fight only once every 8 months.

Chad Dawson is a very VERY talented fighter. He can can fight outside/inside, good defense, he's no 1 punch KO guy yet he does have power (he could've taken Diaconu out imo) but he tries too hard to fight like a slick boxer cutie. No killer instinct. I don't know what's up with him, he fights like he's on NyQuil.
