hes doing exactly what he needs to do. build a fan base, knock people out, and do it all with a little character. anyone calling him out because of this is just hating on him, because he has yet to show me anything that says he will beat the elite or will be beaten by any of the elite @ super.

bute is an obviously talented guy with the biggest punch by far at smw, he's a tall crafty southpaw. he's beaten b to c- fighters with ease and looked better against those guys than anyone else in his division.

his best comp has been wrapped up in a tourney. he hasn't had a chance to fight them. no one knows if he ever will, or if he will ever leave montreal other than to fight in romania.

he's no easy out, i think.

he's like ward in that he really hasn't been tested by anyone. he almost lost to andrade but then went to florida to train with glenn johnson and hasn't had any stamina issues since then. he admitted that he finally learned how to train there.

susceptible to a big shot while throwing as evidenced when he got ktfo in the amateurs.

he was supposed to sign to fight kessler next, but kessler said he needed a tuneup first so he's fighting his mandatory.

oh and he devastatingly ko's fools to the body and jaw

I think a very underrated win is his KO against the hard-hitting Alejandro Berrio.
            very entertainign scrap.

and he's got a stoppage loss to liberado andrade
i don't care what the **** that ref says
              andrade knocked him out

he's a much better fighter than he was in '08, but he's still a brutal stoppage waiting to happen if he gets in the ring with a real power puncher

He's good enough for haters to come out of the woodwork on online forums to bash him.

I dont see anyone at 168 with brutal ko power but I would be interested to see how Bute handles a guy like Froch or Johnson who could give him a replay of the first Andrade fight.
