If Oscar De La Hoya Can Beat His Demons His Return To Boxing Would Be Huge

If he beats his addiction to drugs and gets in shape his comeback fight would probably give him his biggest payday ever. The story is there for the american media to eat up and promote the **** out of this fight. Think about it the headlines would be "Boxing Golden Boy attemps comeback after overcoming drug problems". A third fight with Mosley would be ideal for this situation because Mosley is shot and has 2 wins over De La Hoya so it would play in to the redemption storyline and over coming the odds. If he wins he is in line for a title shot against anyone at 154.

I didn't know "fishnet addiction" was something you could seek help for by going into rehab.

Kidding. You know I have nothing but love for you, Oscar.

He can earn more money and some of his pride back. I mean he ended his career on a terrible note so why not trie to change the ending of his career while he still can?
