To play armchair pschytrist for a second, I think Oscars, like a lot of these dudes, problems come about because they can't cope without the spotlight anymore. I think he's better off coming to grips with his life after boxing (at least life without him boxing, he's obviously still hugely involved with the sport) than sobering up to get back in the ring and then going through the same things in a few years.
