If it did indeed become a war, I'm going with Arce.
He's hard as nails, & very experienced, also.

Villoria has top-notch skills, & throws great power shots.....but I think Arce's strength & toughness would prevail.

This would be a super fight & a half !

would like to see viloria hold off on the step and a half up in a arce fight.man arce is bigger and has gobbs more expierience then brian.not to say viloria would have a good chance against arce.

i am a viloria fan,but would like for him to learn more boxing skills in training not in a fight against the best.his great power can carry him so far. but against a more expierience arce he could get confused and make mistakes.

would rather see him take step up fights against guys like hussein first at 112. and more tuneups at 112 inbetween.
i'm a viloria fan too. and also think arce would be a step and a half up too.whats the rush. vilorias faught 19 fights.he has great punch speed and power.

why rush things against a much more expierienced and bigger arce whos faught tougher opponents.theres plenty of good stay busy fights out there for him to gain more boxing skills. he relize on his power too much at this stage and that could create problems for him with top guys like arce. he's young and there is plenty of time.

I agree, I think Viloria's can make a lot of adjustments and improvements in his game besides his speed and power. He's still young and it seems like he has the discipline and determination to train harder. It's just too bad because we all know that fighters in his weight class will never be as popular as the other ones.

yea it blows my mind that all of the general public idiots still gauge boxing by the clowns in the hvywt division.

I dont know who I like the speed of Viloria or the size and power of Arce, but I would miss it for the world!

              Man, what a fight!
Ringside seats! Carbajal became the first (and only?) million dollar man in his weight class because of that rivalry!

Hope Arce- Villoria -- a year or so from now-- would develop into a rivalry and generate huge interest, just so we won't have to be limited to heavyweights everytime we run out of things to say about Morales-Barrera-Pac, Cotto, and the dwindling number of others.

              One can wish can't one?
