Are you ******ed, like legitimately? Cotto was supposed to fight Margarito but they aren't going to let the guy fight with an eye patch. Who else is going to bring in decent money? People say that when you bring up money its bad for boxing and thats all you care about, thats just bull****. Sit here and tell me if you made 8 million for Manny about 3-5 million for Yuri and 4-5 million for fighting Mayorga then go back and fight... Angulo? Cintron? Martinez? Ortiz? Nobody knows who these guys are, I promise not a SINGLE ONE of you would take a fight for less than what you had just made in your previous 3, or in Cotto's case previous 10 or more fights. Chavez may not be a great fighter, but the guy is a draw. And again this isn't like it was Cotto's first choice, ALL the cards were stacked for Margarito but he can't fight so his options are limited at this point.

Also Chavez may be green and crappy, but the guy is the biggest man Cotto will ever face he's 6 feet tall and may be coming in at 170. I mean Jesus it isn't like he called up a guy 2 weight divisions below him at a catchweight he never planned on making. He's still moving up and weight and granted it isn't Sergio but he can't even put in 3,000 in Atlantic City. Jr, is filling out 20k+ stadiums. People don't fight Manny just to say they can beat him, they want to get paid too, boxers do this for a living you do realize.
