Hopkins doesn't have the type of speed Manny does to create power. Manny has had that speed forever. Its not new. Pac has also been weighing in the 140s for years now. The weight gain wasn't sudden.

PED use isn't just about power shots.

It does make a difference moron. The only reason people want Pac to take the test is so we can see the fight happen. The Hopkins-Pascal fight was already gonna happen therefore no need to want Hopkins to take the test. I understand this complicated for a person of your low IQ.

That is not what Floyd is saying!!! Floyd always says he wanted a level playing field that's why he required the OSDT to be done, and Pascal was questioning Hopkins youthful physical attributes??!!! Yep, BHOP is already the dirtiest fighter in Boxing's History, it wouldn't surprise me if he's on PEDS/STEROIDS. Most old men get Testosterone shots as they age btw.

But if you give BHOP a OSDT then you gotta give EVERYONE who FIGHTS for the same title the same test. You cant be testing Pascal/BHOP and not the next 5 fights, you gotta be consistent and make everyone test. WBO/WBA/WBC all gotta teamup and get the same testing done for each and single title fight, and dont make it "Conte" BALCO testing, make it an Indipendant test where the people testing dont have friends in Boxing.
