Fans of all races criticise Pac for Rejecting OST, so need to bring up race. Has nothing to with that at all. Fans would criticise Hop aswell "IF" Pascal had refused to fight Hop unless he agreed to Olympic-style drug testing.

Pascal was willing to amend the contract and allow for OST. I don't see why Hopkins couldn't have done the same? Just because the contracts are signed doesn't mean it can't be changed if both parties agree. Remember when Floyd-Marquez was for 144 catch weight and then the day before the fight it became a 147 lb fight?
