heres the thing...... y risk it.... u have a chance of being KO'd then, y not take the 114-111 decision, when u know u have the fight one, cuz of that punch u won the round also

Y risk it? Cmon man, that's no good. Sumtimes fightas gotta leave statement you know? Not only that, if you leave ta last round strong, it gives betta impression to ta judges and ta people that watches. Not only that, but tryin not to finish ta last round strong are reason enuff fo ****ed up judges to screw yo ass ova!

You see, that's ta reason why ta last round is important and WHY both guys all ta time try to knock each otha out in ta last round. Wlad shoulda chased Pete in ma opinion. He coulda possibly dropped him and gained mo respect.

So i'm watching the fight and, yes he went down, but the first two were suspect anyway. He came right back, didn't get screwed up and managed to keep himself in the fight. So as the fight progressed I was impressed with the performance he had going on, until the 12th and final round.

Maybe i'm just nitpicking but why didn't he finish Peter off? He had him stunned twice and Peter was off balance enough that he was ready to go. I understand the whole sticking to your gameplan business and whatnot, but seriously in almost every other situation that i've seen one fighter hurt another, that killer instinct just clicks and the fighter pounces. I saw Wladimir looking for the angle after he hurt Peter the first time but he wasn't going in for the kill.

I know some of you might be thinking that even though Peter was dreadfully tired, his punches were still dangerous enough, even in that state, to warrant caution. But I don't think he would have been fast and precise enough to pull off effective counters. Wlad more or less looked like he could have gotten out of harm's way had Peter somehow showed a Gatti like quality for being dangerous when cornered. I doubt he would have stayed in to slug with Samuel as he boxed the whole night.

That's pretty much the only thing that bothered me. I was impressed by what I saw having read so many suspect WK's various fighting qualities. As for Peter, he definately hasn't hit his peak and I think losing this fight will serve him better in the long run as he now has actual proof of areas where he needs to improve.

        Your thoughts.
Your actually quite right, Wlad in the past, against Brewster, Mercer, Barret, and Botha always sensed his man in trouble and instantly had killer instict. He was a monster, the more improved Wlad is cautious.

If Wlad knocked Peter down or out in that last round I doubt most critics would be talking **** about Wlad the way they are, but he still won the fight so who gives a **** anyway.
