Donaire is afraid.
Donaire is trying to confuse the boxing fan, but he does not know that we know as much as him about boxing, he is trying to put Rigo down because of his style because he know he will has to do what Rigo want him to do in the ring and at the end lose. This is the fight everybody want to see no Arce. Of course that is the fight he want because Arce is a street fighter, not a boxer. OK let do one think. Let put Donaire with the japanish and Rigo with Arce and then the winners against each other. What about that.Comment

Donaire by decision. I think Rigondeaux ends up staying too defensive, and losing rounds because of it. Everyone talks about how if fighters only opened up more when they were making Donaire chase, they'd have beat him, well there's a reason they don't open up more.Comment

Rigo's style is all wrong for Donaire. Nonito has a good shot, especially if Rigo stay too defensive, to get the fight on points.
But Rigo has the speed to match Donaire and counter him, very solid defense, great footwork. I'd pick Rigo, but it's really a 50/50 fight to me.
I highly doubt this fight happens. While Nonito had a great win over Montiel at 118, he didn't end up fighting Mares, Moreno, or Agbeko there. I see Donaire fighting Vazquez, Terrazas, and Arce, than jumping to 126 in 2013.
Hope I'm wrong, really want him to fight Rigondeaux and Nishioka. I just don't see the point in fighting Narvaez, Vazquez, and Terrazas, when he could have been fighting Moreno, Mares, or Agbeko at 118, or Nishioka and Rigondeaux at 122.Last edited by 4Corners; 02-23-2012, 11:24 AM.Comment
