Christ Roy looks terrible; a soft, haggard shell of his former self. I hope he can pull something out here but I fear the worst.

Roy doesn't look good at all. The end is here for Roy.

The old timers needs to cash-out quick, they're hurting the sport's image in terms of quality level of competitions, and they're risking their health.

Maybe. Still, that's far better that James Toney looks like. Fairly decent shape, in a way. But sure much worse than I've seen him. The tank-like build might work for him this time... Hope he does well in there.

Roy will surprise you all... dudes a full solid 200lbs.. no more cutting weight or water.. he will be able to absorb punches, and he will have more power than normal.

Weigh in pics dont mean **** as far as how a fighter will perform in the ring, or how good of shape they are in.

Ive seen the ripped Jones for Bernard, where he seemingly did nothing.

Ive seen soft fighters at a weigh in have tons of energy for a fight, and ripped fighters at a weigh in, gas 3 rounds into a fight.

This is how Roy NEEDED to come in for this fight IMO... not a light 185lbs, where he gets knocked around the ring everytime hes hit... he needed to come in heavy, and bulky against this guy.

That's because Roy did yo-yo with his weight that put major strain on his body and aged him quicker. Once Benard went up in weight he pretty much stayed up except maybe a few pounds here and there for a contract limit for Pavlik. That’s the proper way to do it even Makie Shilstone told Roy if he go up he needs to stay at HW but Roy had his personal goals to accomplished by dropping back down.

175 and 195 is a big difference in Roy's appearance.

                  Wow.

if his personal goal to accomplish by dropping back down was to get knocked out, then well done

he didn't need to prove anything at 175 imo.

it was to regain the LHW title, which he accomplished
