                Roy is happy because he got a TON of cash from Russia. Theres lots of rich Billionaires in Russia who like to piss millions on sports like Soccer, F-1, and soon BOXING/MMA.

                He making ALOT more cash in Russia than he would in USA, look at how many fans came to see him fight, plus alot easier to hide your cash in Russia than USA.
