FFS, there's a chance Floyd may be locked up next spring (unlikely but chance is there)
They have to make official contact with Floyd , they are not doing that with Floyd but they do it with Clottey Cotto Margo JMM and Bradley ,, not Floyd , they announce all this crap in the media and make no official contact with him , its a Arum scam and you swallow it hook line and sinker .

Naa. Arum tried twice already. The second time Floyd ignored the old man completely. Everyone is sick of Floyd, bro. Admit it.

Bradley beating Khan would elevate him to top 4 status and put him in good position to fight Pac. Hard not to like that fight in that case. He'd establish himself as the best 140 pound fighter of our era.

First of all, Bradley is a big step up fro mall the other fighters, in terms of age, style, freshness, stamina, everything, except the cliche "bigger" or "stronger".

With that said, now we should all be able to see why Mayweather-Pacquiao will never happen. Instead of taking some silly tests, they rather book Pacquiao for all eternity. Pacquiao will retire without fighting Floyd and vice versa. But at the end of the day, every one will realize what a joke it is to not want to take a test. IMO it's much worse to decline taking a test, than asking for an extra test. In this day and age, now type of test is too much, with all the cheaters who have been caught in almost every sport.

Money is Arum's bottom line and he's the one pulling the strings here. Not Pacquiao, Pacquiao is obligated to endorse politicians he doesn't know about or their policies off of the strength of being Arum's friend.

Look at the lockout situation between the owners and players of the NFL. When 2 parties have the intentions of making something happen, negotiations are constantly rehashed, if there's a major issue, mediation is brought in.

What does Arum do? Call off negotiations and make a Clottey fight for a date he had on hold, which was 2 months away to impose an imaginary deadline on when the negotiations had to be done. The beginning of January rolls around and negotiations are... For what? For Joshua Clottey or Yuri Foreman? GTFOH with that.
This "5 days" talk just didn't come out from nowhere. There must have been something going on for Roger to mention it, but look who spoke with Conte - "PEOPLE ASSOCIATED WITH FLOYD MAYWEATHER".

Victor Conte - "I was contacted by people associated with Floyd Mayweather when they were having the judge arbitrate how to come up with a (drug testing) program and what I recommended and I clearly understand Manny Pacquiao is not the first athlete that has had an adverse psychological response to having their blood drawn. Asafa Powell from Jamaica for many years was the world record holder for the 100-meters, the world's fastest human, in Beijing said that he was affected by having his blood drawn before the 100-meters there. Not it may only be psychological, but it's a valid explanation. Some people don't like it and it has an effect upon them,"

"I think you got to take it a step at a time. And I don't think you can just walk in and take over the sport and implement Olympic caliber testing by USADA all at the same time. I think you have to compromise, you have to look at the specifics of boxing and you have to develop a program that is tailor-made for the sport of boxing, so I suggested 5 days out because there are certain things you can do to more easily circumvent as opposed to using the 14-day or the 24-day out as a cut-off for testing. I would recommend 5 days, but if you're hungry a half loaf of bread is better than none and I think you need to compromise. And I don't think it's ever going to be perfect,"

                      source
"That's why him and my nephew never fought, because he didn't want to take the test himself. He said he would take a test five days out," said Roger Mayweather. "Who in the hell would do that? Aint no such thing as taking a test five days out. You can take the test the day before the fight, that's it. The rest of that stuff don't mean nothing."
