How can somebody say weight is not the issue? JMM limit is 135, he's pretty much ineffective above that weight.

Just because one fighter can move up multiple weight-class and carry the weight well. Doesn't mean that every single fighter can do it.

I sometimes don't understand when you guys started watching boxing.

i really don't think neither Pac or Floyd could safely go down to 130 at this time. their bodies have already matured to the point that going down that weight would severely drain them.

When he has Floyd ever blew up after a weigh in never he didn't even weigh 154 for his foght with Oscar on fight or vs Shane he still weighed 146 on fight night. So lets cut the crap like he gained 20 lbs overnight.

One round separates these two after 24 rounds. In their second fight in 2008 it was one knockdown that was the difference. Mayweather fought Marquez a year after that and shut Marquez out. Just as Pac knocked down Marquez in their 2nd fight. Mayweather knocked JMM down as well but he did it without Marquez basically landing a glove on him and without Marquez winning a single round.

Whats funny is all the Mayweather haters tried to discredit his dominating win vs Marques by calling JMM a BLOWNUP LIGHTWEIGHT. Now that Pac is fighting him at the same weight 2 years after Mayweather this furthermore legitimizes Mayweathers victory over Marquez!

Rewatch Mayweather v Hatton and Pacquiao v Hatton and tell me that you can't make a case in the opposite direction. I wish Floyd would actually take a fight so that you could post about that instead of about Pacquiao 10 times a day.

Did Floyd and Shane even unofficially weigh themselves on fight night? I don't remember that. I remember Floyd weighing 151 on fight night against Oscar.

Floyd was 150 at the weigh-in before the Oscar fight. He didn't blow up.

Only *******s can justify that. Marquez has the skills but shouldn't attempt to come in at 144 if that is not his prime fighting weight.

Mosley was also old when he fought Floyd but was a threat to Pac when they fought and we saw the outcome.

Catchweights only seem to just benefits Pac's career and his opponents bank accounts.

I wish Pac didn't jump around so much in weight
