Floyd Jr came in the fight over the weight limit and Marquez had to move up 2 divisions.

I still don't know how to compare that to Pac vs Marquez fight.
Cause that would be like saying Pacquiao knocked out Hatton in 2 rounds and May needed 9 rounds.

To be fair, Marquez agreed to both catch weights for his fight with Mayweather and now his fight with Pacquiao. Floyd comes in purposely 2 lbs overweight while Marquez struggled to make even 142. Pacquiao will make weight (144) and Marquez may come in either 141 or 140 (if he were smart). It's convenient now that you'll turn the tide on Pacquiao as he's doing what Floyd did 2 yrs ago, and though I'm not in full agreement of this fight being at 144lbs, how does it excuse Mayweather from doing it in the 1st place? Are we supposed to just forget about it now as if it never happened? He didn't even give a straight answer about why he didn't make weight when Kellerman was interviewing him. Yet, if Pac were to pull the same stunt, he'd be ridiculed once again by the Mayweather fans.

As I always say, you're gonna follow the fighter you're biased towards as proven here on the daily.

Jeez some of you are dumb , dont you realize fighters are not the same every time they fight , an unbeaten Hatton in the best shape of his life is an entire different animal that when that mental invincibility is gone and you got a new trainer and you look like **** , go look at Hatton weigh-in with Floyd and then look at him with Pac , totally different structure , and on top that Hatton looked like crap in his comeback fights after Floyd .

With Floyd JMM you got Floyd coming back after 2 yrs out , the weight would not affect Floyd because he is a boxer its not a power game with him , although for the same reason it effects the Pac fight JMM would be slower and that would make Floyd box his ears of easier .

Now with Pac you dont have years out of the game you got Manny in prime fight condition , with JMM you got a trilogy with historical meaning , they have fought very close wars the last 2 , and this where the BS starts , now Roach is big noting a dominate KO , why , because Pac has improved ,that is what they spin you , really ,,,,, its the dam CW .

They know the CW will either have JMM stronger and slower , or if he trys to keep his speed he will be weaker but faster , one way Pac steamrolls the weaker JMM or the other way JMM is strong but slow and a slow counter puncher dont land ,,, either way JMM is done and the CW plays a very big part in it .

See the difference is that Pac is coming in at around 144 and isn't going to blow up to over 150+ like Floyd.
