I lose more and more respect for these guys every day. BEHOLD, Floyd THE MIGHTY JUGGERNAUGHT! LA HECATOMBE DEL BOXEO... ridiculous...

You think Cotto is scared of Floyd? Floyd who couldn't put away a tiny Marquez? Floyd who barely beat an aged Oscar? Floyd who won't DARE step in the ring with Pac? GTFO.

Nobody said Cotto would be scared of Floyd or that Floyd would stop him. He would out box him for 12 rounds and win a UD.

Why does it have to be one extreme to another? Just because Floyd beats Cotto doesn't make Cotto trash, you guys need to stop taking **** so personal.

Cotto is very good, Pac and Floyd are great......just the facts.

Exactly...Floyd is completely overrated as a WW. He has no signature wins at WW.

Cotto is going to touch up Floyd and it will be a good, solid fight, where perhaps, Floyd will have to dig deep to get a win.

Sorry Cuah, it gets tiring seeing these guys brush off a fight because the outcome is so easily "predictable". This is boxing, anything can happen.

Floyd hasn't fought any good comp since perhaps Ricky Hatton
Shane Mosley the number1 WW and P4P Number 3 was his last good comp. I see no reason why it would be close. Floyd is on a couple different levels than Miguel is.

Cotto will get his jab timed. He will be nailed with right hands. I just cant see it being close. Now if this was 2007 at 147 then ofcourse its a great fight but this sint the same.

Shane was going to get stomped, his only chance was landing a bomb. He was # 1 WW in ranking (name) only, not in skill or stature.

Just like the last # 1 WW Floyd destroyed in Carlos Baldomir, lol.

C'Mon bro...Shane Mosley was not good comp. He's been exposed as being washed up by Ricardo Mayorga. My post history will show that I was down on Floyd for accepting to fight Mosley. Mosley had a moment to shine against Margarito who just got caught trying to cheat, so Mosley took advantage of it.

Plus Shane was over 1.5 yrs inactive and went through two training camps. It was not a good win. If Shane is a good win for Floyd, then he's a good win for Pac.

Cotto beat the last good version of Mosley, who threw combos, threw punches and came forward with aggression and didn't tire after two rounds.

He might be a level above Cotto, but a couple of levels? There is not ONE person on Floyd's resume that Cotto would not spark out

Anything can happen but it's unlikely that Cotto beats Floyd, you know this deep down.

We as fans just want to see fights that matter. Floyd vs Cotto would be the same as Pac vs Mosley, not in the style but in the outcome...a win.

We are tired of seeing these easy paydays and BS fights, we want to see competitive fights that matter.

Like I said, I respect Cotto but I don't see him beating Pac, Floyd or Martinez ever, so I would much rather see him in a war with Angulo, JCC Jr or Canelo. Much more exciting fights and the styles alone would cause fireworks.

I'm just curious, would you give Cotto credit if he fought and beat all 3, or would you say they were all too young, unproven or not ready for Cotto?

There's things that I see here that just baffle me... 1 is how manny won't take a simple test... 2 is this thread.... No way this thread should exist, cotto can never beat Floyd.
