Good for Marquez. He'll get a chance to avenge his loss to a bitter rival, and make a huge payday in the process. The fight lost it's luster from just a few years ago, but it should make for a decent scrap.

I don't know why people prefer fights like Bradley and Ortiz over this one. Bradley would be out of his element and lose a lopsided decision (maybe even a technical decision), and Ortiz would get brutalized and KO'd. Just because they're young doesn't mean they'd do well. Besides, neither fighter will bring in money or a fanbase. I think the Marquez match is more competitive than those two.

Bradley and Ortiz wouldnt do better against JMM, but it would have good to see Pac fight other names.

But JMM has called Pac out so brutally saying he beat Pac twice, so maybe Pac wants to shut him up for good. But Pac is a fighter who fights regularly so whos to say he wont fight Bradley soon after.

Pac doesnt threaten retirement that often, only his mum does.
