                      all good points addressed. i think marquez looked "ok" in spots; the fact he was fighting mayweather made him look a whole lot worse then he might have looked against another welterweight. But I think he COULD have looked even better, and perhaps made it a closer fight had he properly added just 5, maybe 6 pounds of muscle. It looked like he kept the same muscle mass, but just added FAT rather than muscle.

                      That 5 pounds of muscle should be mainly distributed to your legs, and maybe a little to your back and core. you don't really want any extra arm, chest, or should mass. By simply doing high rep/lightweight squats, or maybe something targeted more for boxing movements, and by adding resistance to his ab/core exercises he can add just the right amount of muscle without getting bulky.
