Victor Conte is being watched more then ever and he is ON PROBATION...so he would be flat out foolish to get involved in anything ILLEGAL RIGHT NOW...WHILE HE IS ON PROBATION
People try to bring this up as well when Nonito Donaire was preparing for Montiel and he also hired Conte
sounds like a bunch of SORE LOSERS who are STRETCHING TO FIND SOMETHING NEGATIVE TO TALK ABOUT
It is absurd for somebody to question a guy who is willing to undertake random blood tests. Pacquiao fans simply should not be commenting on this issue.

Why does it matter who asked ?
The point of the article is that some day random blood tests will be mandatory, for title fights at least. So, who cares who asked ?
Tell me, which one of Team Pacquiao's 7 ridiculous excuses did you believe ?

Its pretty pathetic that Boxing doesn't inforce this style of testing. Boxing is a sport of contact with punches to your opponent yet they don't really care to make sure that fighters aren't on any kinds of PED's. Urin tests are so outdated its not even funny. Thats why baseball cracked down on it and started taking this stuff seriously.
