Right. It was hilarious how that whole "deadline" thing went. He flat out said that they were still going with a 14 day cut off when he KNEW (and everyone else with sense and who paid attention), that it was no cut off to make the fight.

Why negotiated for a second or third time when Team Pacquiao didn't accepted random testing the first time around? If they do ever try to negotiate again, then they should do it on TV just so we can see who the real bull****ters are.
