What team pacquaio agreed to was not random. It was a cut off date.
Floyd thought like everyone else that Pacquaio had in fact agreed to the random test.

But we all found out later on, that it was still a cut off date.

Notice how when Floyd started looking at his old boxing stuff it looked like he got more and more excited with each minute in the video. This is getting interesting. Very interesting. I'm still waiting to see that contract, because if he shows it then without question he wanted the fight, no excuses. He wasn't ducking or anything.

I just can't help and look at this and think that somehow during this series Floyd might be getting his love for boxing back.
