It's Team Pacquiao's fault for the fight not happening. Remember that Team Pacquiao agreed to the blood tests only for them to renege at the last minute. I even remember ESPN being amazed that negotiations went through so quickly in December only for Team Pacquiao to complain about the blood tests.

I bet if he's was in Manny's house, he'd be doing the same thing too. While I accused him of being a **** rider before, you'd have to understand that he's doing this for the site. If he gets on Floyd's nerves then the videos end and Floyd won't be giving them interviews anymore.
