Grustler - there were second negotiations because 2 months after those negotiations which Ross Greenburg verifed, Pac said "Thats why I agreed to all the tests, even up to the sixth round". He didn't say "I agree to all the tests", he said "I agreed to all the tests" meaning they were negotiated and his agreement was past tense as in agreed prior.
