watching fights is good but if you don't know what quality fighters the guys are fighting you can be fooled. you have to have some kind of bigger perspective. how many times have we seen a guy knock over a bunch of cans only to be exposed.

your primary goal seems to be defend floyd at all costs. your opinion has been compromised out of love for him. carlos rios and carlos gerena were top fighters in your mind so clearly something has gone wrong.
My opinion can change if I see the reason in it~

Watching fights is watching fights, I watch every fight I can watch if I don;t feel I know about a guy I will say I don't know that guy and if I don't know a guy there is a good chance very few know the guy and he most likely is not very good but that is not always the case.

My primary goal is to fuck with dip shits like you who run their mouth about things they know little about~ when not talking actual boxing which I also like to do but in regards to Floyd that is impossible because gullible clowns like yourself~

Have fun coming back with some google/boxrec argument

Margarito does not have great power, he is not a one punch guy.

Chin doesn't win fights against a guy trying to out box you

Determination and work rate mean nothing if they can used to effect the other guy and Floyd would easily be able to negate Margarito's offense.

He wouldn't Gatti him because Margarito would not try and box him~ it would be closer to Baldomir who brought similar aspects to the fight. Floyd fought lots of guys who more closely resemble Margarito than Margarito did guys who represent Floyd.

Try again maybe google will give you a better answer this time~
floyd will be able to easily negate margarito's offense because you say so. he's never shown the ability to do this against guys like castillo or even an old delhoya who's not even a pressure fighter or volume puncher. but yeah baldomir and margarito are so similar. they are both human beings after all!

Because Margarito punches slow and wide while being very predictable, he is also piss poor at cutting off the ring following guys around. JLC is actually a good inside fighter and much more sound than Margarito. Oscar come on you didn't just compare the two plus Oscar really didn't do that good a job.

Next, come on you can do better than that.

you like to pretend like you know a lot especially if it involves mayweather. that's why you pretend carlos rios is a good fighter when he lost every single time he stepped up. you watched him getting destroyed time and time again and thought "wow this guy is really special" but then you watched margarito fight and thought "wow this guy is a giant tomato can" so your opinion has been compromised. you should probably just not watch boxing unless it involves mayweather because every fight you are gonna be saying to yourself "mayweather would destroy this guy, mayweather would do this and that to him, etc..."

Doesn't matter what everybody here thinks, Mayweather still thinks Margarito can.

i'm surprised you didn't mention how mayweather beat tony pep who's 6 feet tall so of course he would beat margarito who's only 5'11.

I do know a lot, you pretend to know a lot and use google/boxrec to look like you have actual knowledge.

I didn't say Margarito was a tomato can, just compared to what people feel about him I don't agree. Those other guys are better fighter than people give them credit for, sure Margarito is better and had a better career doesn't mean he would get after Floyd.

If Floyd fought a bigger guy, with range, a jab who knew how to properly use it I would question his chances, which would be based on him fighting inside which he can do but if he is limited to that his chances suffer a great deal. I am sorry that I view Mayweather as being a versatile and versatility is a major factor in the fight game, it is the same reason I like Andre Ward.

                  6'1.5"

                  Oscar is 5'10.5

                  As is Corrales

Being tall and actually utilizing that attribute to it fullest is a big difference, Margarito certainly did not use his height and range wisely~

I would still like to see Floyd to fight Margarito and Cotto.

stop hating. we all saw how floyd took away oscars jab. no one out there can beat floyd. klitschko has a long jab but he's slow and predictable. floyd would get inside and beat him badly. next!
