I will never in my lifetime back down from the opinion that Sam Peter should have been disqualified and the puniching behind the head was so blatant it should not have been excused. both knockdowns in the 10-7 round were complete and utter horse****, get a real ****in ref please.

The only real KD was the one in the 10th round. I hate Jay Nady as a ref sometimes, but he was the one needed for this fight. You need a strong active ref when you have huge boxers like Wladimir and Peter in the ring.

Im sorry but i thought he did a terrible job. He let Peter get away with some bush league ****.

he was never assertive in stepping between the fighters the entire fight, i feel he should be reprimanded, id like to hear some expert opinion on this matter..........

Dude, do you know the ref's name? I said that Nady was needed, not Randy Neuman(the one who was actually there). I wanted some other ref.

Losing to Brewster, Sanders and Purity in the fashion he did and HARDLY beating Peter won't get you in the hall of fame...

I KNEW Wlad would beat Peter tonight...

but he didn't show anything to be remembered by the likes of Louis, Ali, Holmes, Tyson, Patterson, Dempsey, Johnson, Lewis, Holyfield, Foreman, Frazier, etc.

Wlad is still young he may or may not make the hall of fame. However i think he will have gained confidence from this fight and if his stamina continues to improve he will be very difficult for any heavys to beat. Most heavies cant take his shots Peter has hell of a chin.

fight shoudlve been at least 7 points in wlads favor which is very lopsided.

this isnt black and white TV anymore my friend, dont keep living on the memory of ghosts. wlad has the skills to be a great champion, because his victory wasnt "dramatic" shouldnt take away from the fact.
