I see where you're coming from. The only thing I thought was bull was the 300K for the rematch. Now be honest, if you just beat a guy for the title and he got a rematch with you are you really going to take short money even though you're the champ? Just doesn't seem right to me. Peterson should of tried to negotiate the rematch money and just took the title shot, but i'm sure he probably did and got nowhere.
That's a good point, but for me, even as a guy who won, I would jump at a title shot with 2 guranteed 300k purses. If I was confident!
