Well if you have paid any attention to boxing then you would know Manny has moved up in weight and has fought in 8 different weight classes. An inconvenient truth left out by this post. Tell me how many weight classes did Leonard move up? 5 weight classes compared to 8 for Manny. Your facts are also wrong. Marvin Hagler never moved up he spent his entire career at middle weight. Asking Manny to fight Martinez is a ****** proposition. The only so called fans who want this fight are those who hate Paqman and think the best chance for him to lose is by fighting Martinez a middleweight. Hatred for Manny or pure ignorance of boxing is the only reason to ask Manny to fight Martinez. And I believe Teddy Atlas hates Manny Paq. for him to say the only way he would think Paq. is a great fighter is for him to win a title in 9 weight classes against a middleweight. What kind of ridiculous high standard is that to set. No one has ever set the bar so high. By saying such a thing Teddy Atlas has shown his distain for Manny.
Listen apart from Mayweather there's nobody else who is a real threat at 147 and below, if the challenge doesn't come to you, you go to the challenge.

Look at these ****s. They fine with pac having a 20 pound disadvantage against Sergio but cry like little *****es when Pac has like 5 pounds on marquez when they fight.

You're right I want to see a fight where it's possible that Pacquiao might lose. I know asking Manny to be in a competitive fight makes me a hater.

A Tarver who killed himself to get back down from the 220+ lbs he weighed for the Rocky movie. Hopkins spent the majority of his career at middleweight picking off smaller fighters for his best wins. He walked away from a $3 million deal to face Calzaghe in 2002 in the US, he avoided the Jones rematch like the plague. The only two meaningful fights in his prime and he avoided them. That's greatness?

What kind of a boxing fan doesn't want competitive fights? A Pacquiao fan.

Benard Hopkins has always had pure guts, never ducked, never been scared of anyone. However were dealing with a whole diffrent kind of guy.

If Manny felt that his fanbase was slipping, maybe he would take the challenge to fight Martinez, but aslong as he knows that his fans are enabling him, then he will continue to fight easy fights.

There already talking about Manny fighting bums like Cintron and Zab, no disrespect to Zab but he just aint beating Pacquiao. NONE of these guys are even in the top 20 P4P.

Why is ok for Pacquiao to make Juan Manuel Marquez jump two division to fight him. Everyone says Pacquiao can barely get to 147, so why won't he fight Marquez at 140 a make it a fairer fight.

A challenge? I'm a huge pacquiao fan but that's a mismatch. Sergio is a P4P fighter with ****in 20 pounds on Pac. How is that a fair fight? How bout Pac vs Gamboa? would you be fine with it?

IMO he should fight him at 154 ......if he loses then you can't hold it too much against Pacquiao... if he wins then clearly hes great

So let me guess you believed Pacquiao can beat Sergio at 160?
