Manny, on the other hand, doesn't want to take the tests (believe whichever of his 300 BS excuses that you wish). And that makes Floyd (and many others) even more su****ious. That's just the way it goes. He went to fight Josh Clottey for 15m less rather than take tests. Nothing else needs to be said.
