Americans love Pac, lol. Take out all the Asians in America and see how many Americans love Pac. Asian-Americans love Pac. The rest don't know a thing about him. Besides the fact that he's some Flip midget that knocks people out.

Quite a few, actually. I ain't Asian and I'm a fan. I was in Vegas last weekend and saw a lot of whte, black, and hispanics rocking MP shirts. Alot of my other black homeys are Pac fans too. So for a guy in a not so popular sport here in America, he's pretty popular.

Floyd is arrogant, racist, and he is a wife and child beater. He is also obnoxious and frequently retires, goes on vacations and just generally annoys and frustrates even his own fans. So why should we Americans blindly support him?

The way he is treated is completely his own doing. The country loved MJ, as well as a slew of other Black athletes, but the difference is those guys had appeal and they weren't unlikable like Floyd is. The anymosity directed at Floyd has nothing to do with us, but it is completely FLoyds own fault.

The fact we aren't as blindly nationalistic as other countries is a good thing, not bad.

Be a fan of boxing considering that was the vehicle he used to become successful. I love boxing for the beauty of the sport and hate the ones who claim to love it but destroy it.

You reach a certain point and age where you people/fighter regardless of his cultural background. You shouldn't hate on someone because they have a different perspective then you. If it hurts you in someway seeing your fellow brethren cheering for someone else, that's an answer you have to clarify with yourself.

Floyd's been a cherrypicker from day 1.Out of all the American fighters,Floyd is the most backed,when fighters like B-Hop & the Punisher are fighting the good fight,he's cherrypicking,**** Floyd,B-Hop is the greatest active fighter & the Punisher is the most exciting American fighter.

PAC is my idol and everytime I watch him fight and see a fellow Filipino not rooting for him makes me very very ticked. I compare those Filipinos to the "Makapilis", Filipinos who were Japanese symphatizers during WWII. These people were siding with the Japs even though they were plundering the country, raping women left and right, killing innocent people. Then after the war when the country was liberated by the Americans, those Makapilis came out and rejoiced, even saying they too were part of the Revolutionaries, Filipino guerillas who really fought for freedom. I still am so furious today seeing felllow Pinoys rooting for the other guy, If we didnt live in a civilized world, I'd jump the mf**er.

Rant aside, I don't agree. Nowhere does it say you must like a boxer if you and him come from the same place. It's ludicrous. It's not even an argument, like you who want, like who appeals to you, but at the same time be open-minded and try to enjoy an aspect of every fighter, in regards to boxing. It doesn't have to be complicated. That's one thing I hate that Floyd has said, it's just really ****ing ******...don't tell me who to like b/c we're the same, just stfu and box.

Respect is a different term where most these *****s live... .The more "gangsta", the more respect. Floyd seems to fit the mold of "gangsta"

x2. im not one to root for somebody just because they are from the same country. i root for who i like regardless of race or nationality. i think its bs for some fans to think they should be obligated to root for the person who is from the same place and race. f that. i'll root for whoever the hell i want to and if somebody doesnt like it they can lick my testes. im american and i dont like Floyd. boo hoo.
