OST, To catch or Prevent?

I've been seeing and reading a bunch of comments and threads on this subject, it seems a lot of Pacquiao fans feel threatend by OST.
It seems that they think that OST is some sort of witch hunt or punishment for Manny.
Have any of you ever thought that the test protects Manny also?
Seeing as though Floyd will be taking the same test, it assures Manny that Floyd will be going into the fight clean also.

The test is NOT TO CATCH, the test is to prevent.

Now it's clear that almost every boxer thinks that Pacquoiao is on steroids, so what if they started to take it when they fought him?? Can you imagine Miguel Cotto on roids, he would destroy Pac on roids, or imagine a SUPER STRONG Mayweather on steroids.

My point is, Pacquiao fans trying so hard for Pacquiao not to get caught, because they know that he's cheating, but they gotta think about it if what if someone else cheats Pacquiao just to become NUMBER 1 P4P?

Exactly, the only reason you wouldn't care if a girl has herpes, is if you have herpes ALSO or whatever.

So the point is, they seem to be so hellbent on protecting Pacquiao from being caught, they might need to protect him from desperate athletes, because LORD knows that there out there.

James Toney, Shane Mosley, Barry Bonds, Marion Jones, Manny Ramirez, Juan Rincon, and thousands of more of athletes that become so desperate to win that they started using steroids.

Pacquiao fans say this all the time, this leads to me questioning rather they know that Pac is on steroids.

They always say that "testing is for *******"

"Who cares if Manny is on roids, just fight him Floyd"

Exactly. Its to prevent from Pac using his peds against him. He would have to be dumb to use them when he knows he will be tested.
