10 bums in a row = fighter of the year a few times, fighter of the decade, and 8 time division champ...but i'll give you that his last isnt all dat legit, but 7 division champ is still being a beast

I am looking forward to the fight, these guys are made to fight one another like Gatti-Ward were made to fight each other. I take this fight over watching Floyd try to outpoint Pac, while Pac tries to KO him. The catchweight is good for JMM, but I really doubt they would have agreed to catchweight if not for GBP. I'm sure Arum realized that the only fight that had the potential to pay out 5 mil to JMM was Canelo, and he can't make 144lbs. The game is Chess gentlemen, and the devil always stays a move ahead of Golden Boy.

All of a sudden people think Pac is Slowwww? One bad night in 13 straight fights, even the best can have an off night. I think Marquez gets KO'ed early against Manny. **I would still rather see him fight Bradley or Ortiz first.

Marquez may not be at his peak anymore but unlike Shane Mosley he is still able to pull the trigger and is one of the most intelligent boxers there is. Although pac dominated Mosley, he looked confused at times and that's against a guy not throwing any punches.

I remember Marquez was the underdog in their 1st fight. In their 2nd everyone said pac had improved so much and was now a 2 handed fighter and Marquez had no chance. He's proved people wrong on both occasions by giving pac hell in both fights. I don't expect a 3rd fight to be any different. In my opinion this fight is a little to late in the making almost 8 years since their first encounter. I guess that says it all. Top Rank, Roach and pac have been putting this fight off for as long as possible. That in itself says a lot about Marquez's boxing ability. This fight should have happened at 135 but I'll still watch it. Its another chance to see one of the most technically gifted boxers of his generation.
