Why didn't he simply say: "I don't need to take those tests because I've never tested positive for PED's, and you've never asked any other fighter to take those tests."

The fact is he acts very su****ious making all kinds of excuses about getting blood drawn, then rejecting a 14-day cutoff, then agreeing to the 14-day cut-off, then saying he agreed to full testing.

He only agreed to the random tests because Mayweather demanded them. Floyd wouldn't stop with his demads, so being the champion Pacquiao is, he pushed back.

Funnily, that question was never asked at the start of negotiations. When it really mattered. When good ol' Bob flew out with the contract to show Manny. Remember?
