Yeah man that's kinda crazy because both Roy and Floyd wont be appreciated until their gone, which is sad.

It's crazy how boxing is the only sport that is dead set on destroying our top fighters and praying for their downfall. I mean you have haters like skip bayless towards lebron james etc, but for the most part, fans of other sports support their top athletes.

That's why if boxing were to die, I wouldn't even care. It's like we don't deserve the athletes we have because all most of these so-called fans do is try their damnest to **** on them and any move they try to make.

I joke alot but the truth is, IMO floyd is a top 20 atg and one of the most talented fighters I have ever seen. I even think he is more skilled than Ali. Even, though I don't like him, that's how much respect I have for him as a fighter and his skills.

I think people are making this **** too personal. I have no vested interest in either fighter, I just want to actually see the fight. The media doesn't do anything but make the situation worse by fanning the flames. If the fight still has a chance of happening then both men will have to come off their egos a bit. They are both just men and human like us. People need to stop putting Manny and Floyd on some sort of pedestal. But I will admit that at least I never heard a Mayweather fan say Floyd is better than SRR, SRL, Ali, Pernell, Hernry Armstrong, etc.

that's because even his fans know that floyd isn't better than them. Too bad floyd himself doesn't agree and thinks that he's even better than Ali himself or even SRR!

it was always floyd's belief that pac had no interest in fighting him. numerous interviews in the past had him saying pac never really called him out. i really don't know why it's such a huge deal for him to see pac call him out first. did floyd actually believed that pac is afraid to fight him? why is it so important for floyd that pac calls him out first? why does that even matter?

looking back, it almost seemed like floyd was just testing the waters in the so-called first negotiation and was surprised when pac accepted his challenge. his water test became a rolling snowball that can no longer be stopped. he had to come up with something. the rest is history that ended up in a never ending blame game.

pacquiao made the mistake of not calling floyd's bluffs. floyd would have been exposed much earlier, fact that floyd's latest demand is $100 million, not to mention spies in training camp floyd sr. was set to introduced.

nahh. i'll never buy the first negotiation either. it was all bluff. demanding things that he never demanded in his previous fights didn't look like he's dying to fight pacquiao.

Incredible what public opinion of a person's personality can do to a person's reputation.

Floyd is automatically a liar.

He shows his rib cage and people say "Wow, I'm shocked, he wasn't lying."

Manny has said "Blood tests make me weak."

"I had blisters all over my feet."

"My legs were cramped.

Blood test weakening is proved false...

I'd like to see pics of those feet...

And I find it hard to believe that "In the best shape of his life" his legs cramped up after a 5 round sparring session. That fight was not intense in the least, why did they cramp up at that time?

Yet everybody believes what he says.

The media has tried to paint Floyd into a liar and a coward...

Many real boxing fans already knew this deal, it's just nice to hear from Floyd's mouth. Can't wait to see that signed contract.

Who is the coward once we see it? His demands are not unreasonable. If I were Floyd I'd hire some awesome PR, maybe the guys that have turned Tyson's image around... I would put this all over the media and pull a role reversal.
