When he said he wasn't taking the tests, he issued a statement and flat out told the world. It's clear now that he has never agreed to take them and...I repeat...he never will.

Then again, according to the Mayweathers, there were no 2nd negotiations although Ross Greenburg said he was the middle man for those negotiations.

Truth is, when Floyd was with Arum, he DIDNT duck any fighters. Arguments can be made for Kosta and Frietas, but for the most part, Floyd took on all challenges and wasnt critcized as he is now for his ducking ways. It wasnt until Floyd moved to WW that he started ducking the big challenges. Although Judah was coming off a loss, I give him props for that fight and for taking on Hatton as well.

You have to remeber what Floyd highlights in this interview. Arum said that was ducking fighters who by coincidence happen to be Top Rank fighters.

Personally, I take everything Floyd says with a pinch of salt, just as I do with Arum. I dont think videos like this prove anything, just more 'he said,she said' bs. Even if these two do end up fighting it will probably be a massive anticlimax.

Manny fights regularly and Floyd doesnt. Until they get down to brass tacks and get this fight sorted, that is all that matters to the overwhelming majority of people.

Floyd fights them at their best...They're ghosts by the time Manny fights them.
