Since 2009, I've said Manny Pacquiao will NEVER take the tests. I'm not really interested in some random BS he tells a reporter on a whim. When he said he wasn't taking the tests, he issued a statement and flat out told the world. It's clear now that he has never agreed to take them and...I repeat...he never will.

When pressed by the LA Times, Bob Arum admitted that they hadn't agreed to OST. So please take your BS and shove it somewhere else. No one is buying. Well, aside from Pac d*ckriders like yourself.

Anyone who knows anything about the whole Floyd/Top Rank situation knows this is real talk right here. Floyd loves sticking it to Arum, and this is the root of the whole problem.

Floyd left Top Rank, and makes WAY more money now than he ever COULD HAVE with Top Rank. Manny should take notice, instead of paying Unlce Bob 27% of his wages.

Floyd is also much more famous since leaving Arum. People say Floyd ducked Margarito. I suppose that is possible, but I don't think that was the case. He took $7,000,001 to fight Baldomir instead just to stick it to Arum. Arum had offered him $7mil to fight Margarito who is a Top Rank fighter.

It's all political b.s.

That being said, if Floyd had it put in the contract that he wanted random blood testing, and Manny signed, I'd have no problem calling Floyd a coward. But I really don't think that was the case here.

Floyd keeps maintaining his innocence saying, "Take the tests, and the fight gets made."

In other words: Put it in WRITING.

If Floyd backs out after that, then yes, he is 100& at fault for the fight not getting made.

I think this one request is not so unreasonable, seeing as Floyd has agreed to many different demands of Team Pacquiao, and some of them are completely ABSURD. (For instance, $10million/lbs. of body weight he comes in over 147lbs. That's f'n UNHEARD OF.)

One way or the other, I'd be very surprised if this fight ever got made. So long as Manny Pacquiao is promoted by Top Rank/Bob Arum.

The $10mil per pound penalty was due to the fast one Floyd pulled on JMM. Make the weight like you're suppose to and there's no penalty. What the problem?
