Pac limit is WW. And, Pac is not dodging Martinez. And, if that fights never happen is fine by me, I wouldn't consider it a duck. Martinez is too big. However, there is a plan set in motion for Pac to get his 9th title at MW(catch-weight of course). And, in 2012 Pac fights either a Cotto rematch or JCC Jr at 154+ then you bet your ass he ducking Martinez. There would be no excuses on why he couldn't fight Martinez if he does that.

Why does he have to fight people bigger than him?
      Nobody else does
He took the risk against Margarito because he thought he could win... he deserves credit for taking that fight, and not asking Margarito to cut down to face him.

As of right now yes. Roach said after the Margarito fight that they were testing the waters at 154 (or 150) and he said he didnt like it and wouldnt return. This was also before Martinez KO'd Paul Williams.

If Pacs team thought they could beat Martinez, even with the huge weight difference they would sign the fight
But since they can decide who they fight, they aren't going to let their man go in against a guy that dangerous with that advantage... people just expect Manny to do it because he's done everything else.

I'll help you...... 20 ****ing pounds.
so while 164.5 had no complaints about size... 168 is just tooooooooooooo big????? im sure the fight would be at a catch weight 168 was just for that fight... im sure serg can come in smaller but, who cares how is 164.5 one of your most lop sided wins but 168 is toooooooooooooo big to even think about thats all im saying.... i can care less if they fight thats my only question

The weight between both fighters are waaay too far apart. Even if Martinez was to agree to 154, he would either be drained and/or baloon back up to 170 after the weigh in.
Joshua Clottey has balooned up to 170 at Welterweight. Margarito has gotten close to that number too.
