There's a limit to that, right? I thought Manny initially signed a 7 fight deal with them. Manny's original contract with Top Rank was supposed to expire last November as well. Don't know what happened to those deals.

Canelo is a joke of a boxer. First, he came in way overweight against Hatton and secondly accepts a fight from a flawed sanctioning body in the WBC for a belt he did not deserve at all. He should have not accepted the fight in the first place - the integrity of a real boxer wouldn't accept it. He knows he doesn't deserve it. He might as well have cheated in the ring.
