He's just encouraging people to be fit. I think that's a cool idea.

But I'd say if the person wanted to get fit he'd got to a gym. Rather than the doing push up's in his clothes and in front of everyone.

Don't you think it is also pretty embrassing and degrading for the person to act like a dog doing a trick just so he can get something?

Ya it's kind of degrading to do that but he can say it's beneficial to the person.. You can go both ways about it.

If he asked for a kiss off of my girlfriend, I'd crack a beer bottle over his head. The pushups thing is fine though, probably cuts down on the number of his idiot fans wasting his time signing autographs.

Has Haye ever turned down a fan because he wouldn't do it? I think he asks them, not demand.

I think he's being a bit tongue-in-cheek here, I saw him sign a couple of autographs today, no push-ups.

I use to make the bums in Providence to push ups or sit ups for money. No way Im just giving my hard earned cash away. But if I was trying to build or keep a fan following I don't think I'd be charging for autographs.

I do enough push ups at home.

Anyways if I see any boxer/athlete or celebrity, unless it's Paul O'Neil, Derek Jeter, Bernie Williams, Jorge Posada, Mariano Rivera, Al Pacino or Robert De Niro, I would not even bother them.

I have seen Roy Jones Jr right in front of me in the 1 Train with his coach back when I was 10, I saw Floyd Mayweather Jr at Gleason's gym in casual clothes late winter last year, I didn't bother them, they are my two favorite fighters. Why would I do 20 push ups for a David Haye picture/autograph

Although I gotta say I was 10 and all, so maybe now I would run at RJJ like a groupie and hug him, no ****.

I think a lot of people take Haye's jokes too seriously. He's just a clown for the camera.

You should see what some klit fans do for an photograph or autograph of their idols.
