I hope so.

Then again, Marquez is an intelligent fighter. I think he's smart enough to know that if he got knocked down, stunned, hurt by a weight-drained Pacquiao at 126-130, Pac landing clean at welter could end in a very brutal KO. I don't know if he'll be willing to trade like he did in the past and may try to mainly lay back and counter, making for another stinker. Could be wrong and he'll go all out, but the fact that he wants a CW tells me he's worried about Pac's size and power... not to mention the speed and improved all around skills.

It'll b a good fight until it lasts but I won't see this fight going the distance at all... I like JMM he is HOF and one of the best fighter's ever to lace on a pair of gloves but I see him going down and I don't see him getting up this time

Why is all these people said pAC looked bad in that fight??? HAHAHA pAC was pressing Shane and Shane was backing up the whole time ever since the knock down and felt the hitting power and speed of the dude..and pAC looked BAD??!!! if Shane stayed in front of pAC and went for the KO he wouldn't have lasted 5 rounds he would have being KO'd that's why he wanted to stay away and clinch when ever he can and throw very little punches... Shane for the first time I've seen him became gun shy During the fight and never opened up... I wish Shane all the best but I think we won't see him fight again....JMM v pAC 3 would b great but I see manny KO'ing JMM at 144 or 145 before 9

Yes, of course if Marquez stands right in front of him he will get KO'd, but Marquez won't do that. He'll move, punch while moving back (which he is actually really good at) time Manny Pacquiao and counter with a lot of combinations.
If Marquez can make it through the first 3 rounds, because it will take that long for him to adjust to Manny Pacquiao's speed, he will have a good chance to take the decision. A big if, but an if none the less. This is the first time in a while that I feel Pacquiao could actually lose the fight. Didn't think he would lose against Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, Margs or Mosley. But Marquez is a different animal.

pacquiao is the same fighter he was in 2008, he just outbrawled brawlers. JMM isnt a brawler, he moves around the ring alot, thats what gives pacquiao problems.

The only issue here is that JMM has gotten older, and therefore might not have the reflexes to counter pacman as well as he did in their previous fights.

There's a video on youtube called the manny pacquiao deception, it slows down the jmm-pacman fight. You can literally see how frustrated pacman was that night.
